In addition to being Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist for over ten years, I am also a Certified Health Coach and Lactation Counselor. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to nutrition and will meet you where you are on your health journey and help you create lasting habits that will lead to optimal wellness. My passion is working with women to balance hormones, improve digestion, increase fertility, and ensure adequate nutrition in both the prenatal and postpartum stages of motherhood. However, I am also committed to helping people reclaim their health from diabetes, heart disease and struggles with weight. I practice evidenced based medical nutrition therapy in addition to looking at the whole body in a more integrative and functional approach. From developing an individualized nutrition plan to helping with managing medical concerns, I am here to guide you along the way to feeling your best!
