Therapy provides a safe space for you to share your story and reflect on your life in order to meet your goals. We treat those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, fertility, unhealthy coping strategies and more. Our clinicians provide a holistic approach to therapy. We believe the therapeutic process should be a collaboration between the therapist and the client, where the client identifies their goals and how they want to achieve those goals with the therapist there to support and guide them along the way. We offer counseling sessions both in person and via telehealth.
